Well, we are back and reading again! I took a sabbatical to start a new job, and I've been working overtime quite a bit this past year!
It's late summer now, those last few weeks to lounge around and enjoy a good book before fall comes. It's not too late to grab these great books for a late summer read! These authors are new, with wonderful debut efforts that leave me waiting for the next one!
Free Food for Millionaires by Min Jin Lee
Leave your world behind and explore this story set against an interesting cultural backdrop.
This is a book I thought about often at work, and could not wait to get home and dive into the story again.
You Won't Remember This: Stories by Kate Blackwell
A collection of great stories told with a southern flair. I loved this book!
